The grand opening of Savers at 21201 Center Ridge Road was held the morning of Thursday, April 9, 2015. Savers is a thrift store and community donation center partnering with Easter Seals. This location is Savers’ first in the Greater Cleveland area. Click here to view photos of the grand opening.

Two new businesses received their occupancy permits in March and are open for business:

  • Located at 22650 Lorain Road, Leather Naturally is a full service leather store offering repair, restoration, and custom work. Leather Naturally choose to relocate to Fairview Park after finding a large space to fulfill its needs.  
  • Located in the Fairview West Professional Building at 21245 Lorain Road, CDC Physicians Organization is a community dialysis center.

The Fairview Park Dunkin Donuts at Lorain and West 210 received approval from the City’s Planning & Design Commission to eliminate its outdoor seating area and expand its drive-thru lane.
