A Fairview Park husband and wife pairing opened Valley Tavern in the former Ace’s Café location at 19367 Lorain Road. Valley Tavern is a neighborhood-centric gathering place where you can eat, drink, and be merry with your neighbors. Valley Tavern’s formal grand opening was Saturday, May 9.

A ribbon cutting for Just Add Water II will take place on Friday, May 15 at 2:00 pm as part of the new business’ grand opening celebration. Just Add Water II is a hub for scuba diving resources, from equipment to training to travel. Owner Brenda Miracle is opening her second location in Fairview Park at 22641 Lorain Road, next to the Studio of Dance. The original location in Willoughby has been around for over 20 years.

Two new businesses received their occupancy permits in April to operate in the City of Fairview Park:

  • European Wax Center is a full service body waxing company founded “on the belief that all of us deserve beautiful, gorgeous skin by not concealing who we are, but by having the courage and confidence to reveal our natural, beautiful skin.” European Wax Center is located at 3090 Westgate, between Five Guys and Five Below.
  • We Love Snobs is a premier online authentic luxury consignment store. The offices for We Love Snobs are relocating to 22730 Fairview Center Drive, part of the Fairview Corporate Center on Brookpark Road. 

The grand opening of Savers at 21201 Center Ridge Road was held the morning of Thursday, April 9. Savers is a thrift store and community donation center partnered with Easter Seals. This location is Savers’ first in the Greater Cleveland area. Click here to view photos of the grand opening.

Three local businesses have teamed up to share a space at 20800 Westgate #512 in the Westgate Professional Center next to Target and Bohlken Park. These three businesses – Its Time 4 Massage, Touch for Wellness, and Reiki Pogada – offer customers a variety of therapeutic techniques designed to stimulate health and relaxation.
