Council of Smaller Enterprises (COSE)
COSE is Greater Cleveland’s largest small business support organization and provides cost-effective group purchasing programs, advocacy on legislative and regulatory issues, and networking and educational resources to help Northeast Ohio’s small businesses grow.

Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses
This program, a partnership between Goldman Sachs and Cuyahoga Community College, is a practical business management education program designed to help small business owners with limited resources develop the skills and a tailored plan to grow their company. Each business owner selected for the program receives a scholarship to cover program tuition and materials.

Ohio Small Business Development Center (SBDC) Network
SBDCs provide no-cost, confidential, in-depth, one-on-one counseling for businesses that will or currently employ fewer than 500 employees. Additional services include training, e-counseling, quality-based assessments, technical assistance, loan packaging guidance, and information on federal, state, and local regulations and programs.
