Fairview Park Recycles LogoHave you ever wondered “where can I recycle Styrofoam?”, “what happens to my recyclables after they are collected?”, or “what can and cannot be recycled?”

Well, this is your chance to find out!

Join hosts the Fairview Park Green Team at a RECYCLING TOWN HALL on the evening of Wednesday, March 25. Representatives from the City of Fairview Park, Cuyahoga County Solid Waste Management District, and Republic Waste Services will present on recycling opportunities for Fairview Park residents and be available to answer all your recycling questions.

Simple Recycling will also be on hand to discuss a new program coming this spring that will provide Fairview Park residents with curbside collection of soft recyclables. Soft recyclables include an assortment of materials you’ll find in your house like clothing that is either wearable or not, other textiles like curtains and rags, and housewares. Come hear more about the program and get your questions answered.

The Recycling Town Hall begins at 7:00 pm at the Fairview Park Senior Center, 20769 Lorain Road.
