8006992_origThe Senior Life Director is the head of the Senior Life Department and has executive authority over all programs and activities in connection therewith.

The Senior Life Director is responsible for the development and adoption of all policies and rules governing the operation of the Senior Life Department and the Fairview Park Senior Center, which is located behind City Hall. The Director also must initiate, coordinate, and evaluate City programs, activities, and services for senior citizens; determine the needs of our senior citizens and actively pursue the fulfillment and satisfaction of those needs within the community; and preside over all meetings of the Senior Advisory Council, which makes recommendations and proposals for programs, services, and activities for the Senior Life Office.

The offices of the Senior Life Department are located inside the Fairview Park Senior Center.
