The City of Fairview Park is pleased to announce the first ever Winterfest will be taking place Friday, November 29, 2013 from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. The event will be located on Fairview Parkway between Lorain Road and West 213 & 214 Streets.
Winterfest is the city’s new and improved tree lighting event which will feature a blend of old and new activities and attractions for all ages:
Admission is free, but food and products will be available for a price. Visitors are encouraged to bring donations of non-perishable food, hygiene and soap products, hats, gloves and/or mittens for the Fairview Park Hunger Center.
Parking is readily available at Fairview High School, 4507 West 213 Street. Parking for the elderly and disabled will be available at the former Genie of Fairview site, 21405 Lorain Road.
